(d) any non-postal prohibited article which is a document from a shipping or aircraft company or business firm addressed to a master, captain, agent, owner or charterer of a ship or aircraft, provided that such document---

(i) relates to the cargo, charter or other business of the vessel or aircraft on which it is or is to be conveyed and is necessary for the proper conduct of such business;

(ii) is submitted to the Censor for examination and approval before delivery to the addressee;

(iii) is deposited and retained in a bag sealed in such manner and at such time and place as may be prescribed by. the Censor.

2. The Order published as Government Notification 705 in the Gazete of the 26th August, 1939, is rescinded.

3. This Order may be cited as the "Control of Com- munications Order, 1940."

I, WILLIAM JAMES CARRIE, Controller of Food, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in me by the Defence Regulations, 1939, with the consent of His Excellency the Governor, hereby make the following order :-

The standard price for the following article of food shall, until further notice, be as follows:-

*Quaker Oats, in tins, 20 oz.

.82 per tin.

NOTE. The above order amends the standard price fixed by Government Notification No. 15 in the Gazette of the 5th January, 1940, for the article of food mentioned.
