The above Trade Mark has been used by the applicants in respect of tooth picks in class 50(1) for the past three years.

A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the Offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks

of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.

The Registration of this Trade Mark shall

give no right to the exclusive use of the firm

name appearing thereon.
