NOTICE is hereby given that General NOTICE is hereby given that the New
Motors Corporation, a corporation of the State of Delaware, located at West Grand Boulevard and Cass Avenue, City of Detroit, State of Michigan, United States of America, have on the 25th day of May 1938, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :--
GMC
in the name of General Motors Corporation, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants since 1911, in respect of the following goods:-
Motor driven vehicles, parts thereof and accessories thereto; chassis and bodies for motor driven vehicles, in Class 22.
The Trade Mark is deemed to be distinc- tive by Order of the Court pursuant to Section 9 (5) of the Trade Marks Ordinance 1909.
