The Trade Marks 1 and 2 are associated with each other and with Trade Marks Nos. 183 and 188 of 1935 and 60 of 1938 and that the Registration of the "22 Dental Cream" mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the numerals " 22" either in combination or separately nor of the Chinese characters and that the Registration of the Yee Tin Tong's l'ental Cream mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the numerals "22" either in combination or separately nor of the Chinese characters 天天 nor of the representations of Tooth-paste and Tooth-brush.
