Man Street, Shaukiwau West, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, Soap Manufacturers, have on the 16th day of March, 1938, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark viz:-

factory, who claim to be the proprietors thereof. The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of Common Soap in Class 47.

The Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the firm name nor of the representation of a cake of

soap.
