An Ordinance to amend the Probates Ordi-

nance, 1897.

[5th December, 1930.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Probates Amendment Ordinance, 1930.

2. Sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Probates Ordinance, 1897, is amended by the deletion of the words

"without having in the Colony any known heirs or testamentary executors appointed by him,'

in the second and third lines thereof.
