An Ordinance to amend the Police Force Ordi-

nance, 1900.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Police Force Short title. Amendment Ordinance, 1930.

2. Section 17 of the Police Force Ordinance, 1900, Repeal of is repealed and the following section is substituted Ordinance therefor

Force, or in respect of service in the Force, and to determine in special cases, where the regulations appear to the Governor in Council to be inapplicable or to require modification, the amount (if any) of the pension, the terms on which it shall be granted and the manner in which it shall be paid.

(2) Pensions granted under this Ordi- nance shall be paid out of the general revenue of the Colony.
