And I do further, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, order and direct that the said Commissioners shall have all the powers, rights, and privileges set out in the third section of the said Ordinance :

And I do further require the said Commissioners, to report to me their findings and their recommendations in the matter of the said enquiry at as early a date as possible.

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Wireless Tele- graphy Ordinance, 1926, Ordinance No. 11 of 1926, on the 3rd day of November, 1928.

The Wireless Telegraphy Regulations, 1926, ma le by the Governor in Council and set forth in Government Notification No. 490, published in the Gazette of the 10th September, 1926, are hereby further amended as follows:

"1

(1) by the insertion of the heading "SCHEDULE next before the form of

Ship station licence;

(2) by the substitution of "normally" for "nominally" in paragraph (e) of

the proviso in paragraph (1) of the said form;

(3) by the insertion of the words "or to the Harbour Master" next after the

words Colonial Treasurer" in condition 22 of the said form; and (4) by the substitution of the following condition for condition 18 of the said

form,-

18. The licensee shall pay in advance a fee of $25 for each year commencing on the 1st day of January, or for part of such year, in respect of each ship to which the licence applies. Such fees shall be paid to the Harbour Master.

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 48 of the Rating Ordi- nance; 1901, Ordinance No. 6 of 1901, on the 6th day of November, 1928.

Every requisition in Form No. 1 in the Schedule to the Rating Ordinance, 1901, served pursuant to section 4 of the said Ordinance, shall bear, at the end thereof, the following words,-

Refusal or neglect to furnish the particulars required renders every person in

default liable to a fine not exceeding $100.
