Regulations made by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Licensing Ordi- nance, 1887, Ordinance No. 8 of 1887, on the 25th day of October, 1928.

1. The regulations relating to hawkers set forth on pages 117 to 133 of the Regula- tions of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, amended as appears in Government Notifications No. 486 of 1927 and No. 360 of 1928, are hereby further amended as follows:-

(a) by the deletion of the first six lines of regulation 1, on page 117, commencing "As from" and ending "these regulations", and the substitution therefor

of :-

"There shall be four classes of hawkers license namely:-

(1) Hawkers itinerant licence.

(2) Hawkers stallholders licence.

(3) Hawkers (native craft) licence, and

(4) Hawkers (steamship) licence.

The forms of such licences shall be those in Forms A, B, C and D in the

First Schedule to these regulations

(b) by the insertion, next after "$4" in line 2 of regulation 2 on page 117, of the words "and the annual fee for a hawkers (native craft) licence shall be a like sum: Such fees shall be".

(c) by the insertion next after "itinerant licence in the first line of regulation

3, on page 117, of the words "and of every hawkers (native craft) licence". (d) by the insertion, next after "$24" in line 2 of regulation 4, on page 117, of the words "and the annual fee for a hawkers (steamship) licence shall be a like sum: Such fee shall be ".

(e) by the insertion next after "stallholders licence" in line 1 of regulation 5, on

page 118, of the words "and of every hawkers (steamship) licence". (f) by the insertion of the following forms in the First Schedule:-
