delivery. A reasonable fee however shall be charged according to the number of utensils required. This fee shall be paid in advance, and shall be used for the upkeep and cleansing of the utensils.

MUSAFIRKHANA.

(1) No Musafir shall be allowed to stay in the Musafirkhana more than one month, unless it is satisfactorily proved that such Musafir has no means to pay for lodging, and his continuing stay does not deprive others from being accommodated. No person who while being employed or in receipt of wages or other income, and failing or declining to contribute to the special and/or monthly subscription will be entitled to live in the Musa- firkhana. It is distinctly to be understood that the Musafirkhana is for travellers and the needy only. A person just leaving an employment or having means to pay for lodging is not entitled to use the building for his benefit.

(2.) Musafirs who are staying in the Musafirkhana shall perform the Namaz regularly. They shall attend and carry the Janazah of destitute Musafir Mahomedans, when requested to do so.

(3.) Musafirs shall not gamble or play any game of chance or cards or sing in the Musafirkhaua or in the Mosque Compound.

(4.) Musafirs who violate the preceding rules shall be liable to be expelled from the Musafirkhana and shall not be allowed to make use of the Musafirkhana again.

(5.) Any irregularity on the part of the Musafirs shall be at once brought to the notice of the Visiting Trustees by either the Imam or the Muazzin. The Visiting Trustees shall deal with such irregularity as is reported to them as aforesaid in such manner as they may deem fit.

(6.) The Musafirkhana shall not be treated as a Sarai or a Hotel.

(7.) Musafir shall obey lawful orders given to them by the Imam or Muazzin.

Cemetery.

The Cemetery is for the burial of all professing the religion of Islam, subject to the following rules: ---

1.--(a.) The area laid out at the expense of the Dawoodi Borahs is for the burial of members of that Section only.

(b.) The area laid out at the expense of the subscribers to the served for such subscribers and members of their families only. dug in rotation.

The rest of the Cemetery is available for non-contributors to the Special Fund subject to a payment of $5.00 (Five dollars) to defray the cost of the identification slab required by the Sanitary Board, grave digging, and upkeep of the Cemetery.

2. All graves whether for contributors or others must be dug in rotation as pointed out by the caretakers and the depth of such graves must be according to Government Regulations.

CARETAKERS OF THE CEMETERY.

Their duties shall be as follows:-

(a.) To keep the buildings and the whole place clean and tidy. Also to do any

necessary work directed by the Guardians.

(b.) To dig and repair graves according to Government Regulations when or-

dered to do so.

(e.) To allow no burial to take place without the necessary permit from the Sanitary Board and to see that graves are dug only in places marked out by the Guardians.
