JARDINE, MATHESON & Co., LIMITEV, Hongkong, on the 31st day of March, 1916, the following Resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the said Company, also duly convened, and held at the same place, on the 19th day of April, 1916, the same Resolution was duly confirmed as a Special Resolution,

THE Creditors of the above-named Company are required, on or before Friday, the 19th day of May, 1916, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the undersigned Mr. NG! KAL CHt, of No. 20, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, Hongkong, the Liquidator of the said Company, and if so required, by notice in writ- ing from the said Liquidator, are by their solicitors, or personally, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof, they will be excluded from the the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

That it is desirable to recon truct the "Company, and accordingly that the "Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Arthur Rylands Lowe of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, "Chartered Accountant, be and he is "hereby appointed Liquidator for the

purposes of such winding-up, and "that Article 124 of the Company's "Articles of Association be cancelled "accordingly."
