Application for Registration of a Trude Mark.

OTICE is hereby given that the Koox YICK, of No. 17, Gage Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkon, Chilie Sauce Dealer, has on the 18th day of April, 1916, applied for the registration in Hongkong, of the following Trade Mark:-

No. 8 of 1911.

Re Golam Hyder of No. 197, Queen's Road East, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Storehouse- man, PEER KHAN of the Royal Naval Yard, Victoria, aforesaid, Storehouseman, and Karo lately of No. 197, Queen's Road East, Victoria, aforesaid, Married Wo- man, carrying on business of a Dairy Farm under the style of HYDER BROTHERS at Mong Kok, Kowloon, in the Colony of Hong- kong.

A third dividend of $12.00 per cent, has been

declared in the above matter.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above

mentioned dividend may be received at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria, afore- said, on Monday, the 8th day of May, 1916, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and on any subsequent day during office hours.

Croditors applying for payment must pro- duce any bills of exchange or other securities held by them and must sign a receipt in the prescribed form.
