OTICE is hereby given that CHAN U FAN carrying on business as a Wine and Spirit Merchant under the style of WING TAI SING at No. 37, Des Voeux Road West, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, has on the 3rd day of November, 1915, applied for the registration in

named Company are about to pay off Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark:- 200 Debentures of the Company.

The Debentures to be paid off will be decided by drawing, such drawing will take place at the Hongkong Hotel, on Saturday, the 22nd day of January, 1916, at 11 o'clock in the fore-

noon..

Holders of Debentures are invited to attend the drawing.

Due Notice of the Debentures intended to be

paid off will be given after the drawing in

accordance with condition No. 2 endorsed on
