PERCY FREDERICK HARTWELL here- tofore called and known by the name of PERCY FREDERICK HEISCH, a natural born British subject residing at Newchwang in the Republic of China, Estate and Commis- sion Agent, DO HEREBY GIVE PUBLIC NOTICE that on the 12th day of Novem- ber, 1915 I did for and on behalf of myself and my heirs lawfully begotten formally wholly and absolutely renounce relinquish and abandon the use of mny said sur- name of "HEISCH" and then assumed and adopted and determined thenceforth in all records, deeds, documents and writings in all actions, suits and proceedings, in all dealings, transactions, matters and things and upon all other occasions whensoever to use and sub- scribe the name of "PERCY FREDERICK HARTWELL instead of the said name of "PERCY FREDERICK HEISCH" and so as that I and my heirs lawfully begotten may at all times thereafter be called known and dis- tinguished by the said name "PERCY FRE- DERICK HARTWELL' and of "PERCY FREDERICK HARTWELL" only. And I give further notice that by a deed poll bearing date on the said 12th day of November, 1915 duly executed attested and registered in His Britannic Majesty's Consulate General at Shang- hai on the 29th day of December, 1915 of which a certified copy has been also duly registered at His Britannic Majesty's Consulate at Newchwang on the 12th day of November, 1915 I formally wholly and absolutely re- nounced relinquished and abandoned the said surname of HEISCH" and intended thence- forth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe myself by the name of PERCY FREDERICK HARTWELL" and so as to be at all times thereafter called known described and distinguished by the name of "PERCY FREDERICK HARTWELL" exclusively.
