"Harbour Master may require re-examina- tion of

person whose local certificate has been suspended; fce.

24. The Harbour Master may in his discretion require any person whose local certificate of com- petency has been suspended under the provisions of section 37 (11) of the Merchant Ship- ping Ordinance, 1899, to pass a further examination similar to his original examination as a condition of the termina- tion of the suspension of his certificate, and such person shall pay

the Harbour Master a fee of $2.50 at the time of such further examina-

tion."
