the winding-up of the above-named company subject to the supervision of the Supreme Court of Hongkong, was on the 17th day of September, 1915, presented to the said Court by the said Company and that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the said Court sitting at the Supreme Court House, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, on Mon- day, the 22nd day of November, 1915, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon and any creditor or contributory of the said Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said Petition may appear at the time of hearing by his Counsel or himself for that purpose and a copy of the Petition will be furnished to any Creditor or contributory of the said Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the required charge for the same.

That the Articles of Association of the Com- pany be altered in manner following:
(a) Article 19 shall be cancelled, (b) In Article 50 in lieu of the words "Twenty-one clear days notice" there shall be substituted the words Ten days notice at least of every Meeting (e) The following Article shall be sub- stituted for Article 53, namely :--
Except as otherwise provided by "these Articles no business
shall be transacted at any Meeting unless there shall be the personally present at commencement of the busi- ness Ten

(d) Article 64 shall be altered by striking out all words after the words “ upon a poll every shareholder" and by adding after such words present in person or by proxy shall have one vote for every share heid by him ". And notice is hereby also given that a further Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at the registered office aforesaid on Saturday, the 18th day of December, 1915, at 12 o'clock Noon for the purpose of receiving a report of the proceedings at the first mentioned Meeting and of confirming, if thought fit, as a Special Resolution the above mentioned Resolu- tion.

This Trade Mark consists of a panel in the centre of which is depicted Three Gold Cash strung together with Chinese halberds pointing out left and right from two of the Cash. At top of the design are the words "Three Gold Cash and at the foot the Chinese characters for same above the Company's name British Cigarette Co., Ltd.
On the right is a smaller panel to which two Chinese coins are attached. In- side this panel are the Chinese char- acters for "These Cigarettes are manufactured in China, enjoying a world wide reputation and being in every way superior on account of their hygienic quality".
