Aid to Navigation Bouys Remoored in Position.
Referring to Local Notice to Mariners No. 120, Notice is hereby given that the Fati Rock, Birds Nest Rock and Pak Hin Hok Rock Aid to Navigation Buoys have been remoored in position.

NOTICE TO MARINERS, No. 415.
Sibago Island.
REFERRING to Notice to Mariners No. 407, April 29, 1915, the acetylene flashing white two white short flashes every seven (7) seconds--was established July 14, 1915, on the highest peak of Sibago Island, Basilan Straits, Mindanao.
The light is shown from a white steel framed tower 31 feet high. Height of light above mean high water, 661 feet. Visible 20 miles all around.

Plover Point Buoy Moved.
REFERRING to Special Notice to Mariners No. 444, notice is hereby given that Plover Point Buoy has been moved. The Buoy is now moored in 43 feet of water at low water of spring tides, and from the Buoy Plover Point Beacon bears S. 251° W. (magnetic), distant 142 miles.
The characteristics of the Buoy remain unchanged.
