PANY, LIMITED, Registered Office, Cecil Chambers, 86, Strand, London. England, Tabacco Manufacturers, has on the 30th day of November 1905 applied for the egistration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :—

A Label consisting of two panels arranged side by side. In one panel. in the upper part is the word Goldfish" and in the lower part the name British-American Tobacco Co., Ltd.," with the representation of a fish in the middle. The other panel contains the word "Goldfish" in the middle, the remainder of the panel being occupied by the representation of a number of fishes.

in the name of BRITISH-AMERICAN TOBACCO COMPANY, LIMITED, who claim to be the sole proprietor's thereof.

The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the applicant Company in respect of the following goods :–

Manufactured Tabacco, in Class 45.

A facsimile of the Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Colonial Secretary of

Hongkong.
