Power of exemption.

THE HONGKONG GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, DECEMBER 24, 1915.

28. It shall be lawfull for the Superintendent of Imports and Exports to grant exemption from any of the provisions of any of these Rules in any parti-~ cular case.

Suspending clause.
