conists, have on the 27th day of October, 1913, applied for the registration in Hong- kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark, viz. :-

The representation of an old and defective square chop which contains inside the border the Chinese Characters

“福興噲記留一堂選"

which represent in English “FUK HING TSANG KEE", "selected by LAU YAT TONG"

in the name of the said CHFUNG KUNG HING Firm who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants since about the year 1833 and is intended to be used forthwith in respect of

Tobacco in class 45.

Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and also at the offices of the undersigned.
