1. The representation of the face and part of the body of a negro, dressed as a chef, holding in his left hand a plate containing a loaf of bread and in his right hand a knife. Above the said representation appears the word (in blue) "Centennial", a blue and white Star is depicted under the word Centennial and below the said repre- sentation appears the name (in black) "Centennial Mill Co."

2. The device of a grey Circle lined out- side with red, with a yellow centre also lined with red, with a red Band placed diagonally across the Circle.
