CANTON RIVER-CANTON HARBOUR.
Existence of Fongchuen Rock and Establishment of Lighted Buoy.
NOTICE is hereby given of the existence of a small patch of flat rock in Canton Harbour in the following position
Church Tower, near western end of Shameen, bearing N. 11° E., magnetic,
distant 1,700 feet.
The rock, which is known as the Fongchuen Rock, is covered by 7 feet of water at low water of spring tides.
The northern extremity of the patch has been marked by a black conical Buoy, exhibit- ing from sunset to sunrise a fixed green light.

LANGSHAN CROSSING.
Middle Bank Buoy Discontinued; Upper Plover Point Buoy Established. REFERRING to Special Notice to Mariners No. 124, notice is hereby given that the Middle Bank Buoy, marking the northern bank off Plover Point, Langshan Crossing, has been discontinued, and that a 6-foot conical Buoy, painted black and surmounted by a black spherical cage, and named the Upper Plover Point Buoy, has been moored in 41 feet of water at low water of spring tides, to mark the southern bank of the channel off Plover Point. From the Buoy, Plover Point Beacon bears S. 29° E., magnetic, distant 9.5 cables.
