LIMITED, duly convened and held at 18, Chiswell Street, London, E.C., on the 31st day of July, 1914, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed, and at a subse- quent Extraordinary General Meeting of the said Company also duly convened and held at the same place, on the 17th day of August, 1914, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly confirmed.
Resolved:-
That for the purpose of carrying out the sale of the undertaking of the Com- pany the Company be wound up voluntarily and that ERIC CHARLES DRAKE Of Meads" Smitliam Downs Road, Purley, Surrey, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
