NOTICE is hereby given that the business carried on by me the undersigned under the style of the HONGKONG TIMBER COMPANY will on and after the 1st day of October, 1913, be transferred to Messrs. MEL- CHERS & Co. free from all debts and other liabilities. All creditors and others are hereby requested to send in their claims to me on or before the 30th day of September, 1913.

Application for Registration of a Trade Mark,
OTICE is hereby given that W. R. N LOXLEY & CO., of York Buildings,
Hongkong, have on the 16th day of May, 1912, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark:-
The Trade Mark consists of "Two Old Men each with a Bundle on his shoulder standing facing each other on a single Plank across a stream,”
in the name of W. R. LOXLEY & CO., who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of Cutton Piece Goods of all kinds, in Class 24.
A Facsimile of the Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hongkong and also at the Office of the undersigned.
