The representation of an owl standing on a branch and holding a watch in its beak, underneath is the word Lan- gendorf in English and Chinese, in the name of the LANGENDORF WATCH COMPANY, of Langendorf, Switzerland, Watch Manufacturers who claim to be the proprie. tors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap. plicants in respect of Watches and parts of watches in Class 10.

Facsimiles of the Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and at the Office of the undersigned.
