ness at Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong and elsewhere, Manufacturers, have, on the 20th day of June, 1913, applied for the regis- tration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark:-
The representation of a Crescent and the name CHU KWONG LAN (both in English and Chinese),
in the name of CHU KWONG LAN who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
