OTICE is hereby given that Chan Li Chai Firm of No. 206 Queen's Roal Contral, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have on the 18th day of July, 1911, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register

of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks :--

in the name of Chan Li Chai Firm, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Marks have not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention so to use it forthwith in respect of the following goods :-

Medicine, in Class 3.

(1) The registration of these 4 Trade Marks shall give no right to the exclusive us of the firm name “陳李濟”

and

(2) These 4 Trade Marks are associated with one another and with Trade Mark No. 199 of 1931.
