in the name of the said Century Industrial Company, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The above Mark had not hitherto been used by the Applicants in respect of Fire Extinguishers in Class 6 but it is their intention so to use it forthwith.

A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.

The registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the following:-

(a) The words "A CENTURY PRODUCT".

(b) The letters "F. C." and the representation of fire, when such letters and representation appear otherwise than as shown in the mark.
