The said Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants, but it is their inten- tion to use it forthwith in respect of torch lights in Class 8.

The registration of the said Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word "SURETY".

Facsimiles of the above Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
