【OTICE is hereby given that H. Wong &Co., Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Ordinance, 1932, whose registered office is situate at Kowloon Inland Lot No. 4039, am Kung Road, Kowloon in the Colony of Hong Kong, have on the 8th day of August 1941, applied for the registra tion in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

The said Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants, but it is their inten- tion to use it forthwith in respect of torch lights in Class 8.
The registration of the said Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word "SURETY".
Facsimiles of the above Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
