(7) in section 37 the amendments authorised by Or- dinance No. 12 of 1912 in sub-sections (a), (b) and (c) shall also be made in sub-sectious (d) and (e).

(8) in section 38 (1) (4) the words "a covenant by the mortgagee with the mortgagor" shall be deleted instead of the words the deletion of which was authorised by Ordinance No. 12 of 1912; and in the first paragraph of sub-section (1) the words "between the mortgagor and the mortgagee" shall be substituted for the words

by the mortgagor with the mortgagee ". (9) in section 40 the words “ covenant, condition or agreement shall be substituted for the words
