ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899. (MERCHANT SHIPPING).

By virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in him by section 39 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, and of all other powers thereto him enabling, the Governor in Council makes the following amendment to Table U in the regulations to the said Ordinance as follows:-

Amendment.

The heading to Table U on page 373 of Volume I of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 Edition) is rescinded and the following is substituted therefor :-

"Regulations for the licensing, management and control of junks, lighters and craft not provided. for under other regulations to the Ordinance."
