TRADE MARKS ORDINANCE, 1909.
Application for Registration of Trade Marks.
NOTICE is hereby given that the CENTEN
NIAL MILL COMPANY of Seattle, in the State of Washington, the United States of America, Merchant Mfers, have, on the 6th day of May, 1912, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Tra Marks :-
1. The representation of a Fountain co-
loured yellow with spraying water-
the base of the Fountain in sur- rounded by flowers. Above the said representation in depicted a Seroll coloured Green bearing three Chinese reading Shui King Mak meaning "Fountain Mark" and below the said represen- tation appear the word fountain and the name "Centennial Mill Co." printed in red. On the right hand side of the mark in depicted a Scroll coloured red bearing the Chinese

and on the left hand side of the mark in depicted a similar Scroll bearing the Chinese characters

2. The representation of a Bouquet of flowers surrounded by two sprays of
leaves with green
Pink flowers.
Above the said representation is depicted a Scroll coloured green bearing three Chinese characters

meaning Hundred flowers mark" and below the said representation appear the wort Bouquet " and the name Centennial Mill Co." printed in red. On the right hand side of the mark is a piece of yellow bamboo with green leaves at both ends, bearing the Chinese characters

said representation are three fancy designs coloured Pink bearing re- spectively the Chinese characters

in the name of the CENTENNIAL MILL COM- PANY who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The said Trade Marks are intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of the following goods :-
Flour, in Class 42.
Facsimiles of the said Trade Marks can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade. Marks and also at the Office of the under- signed.
