Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of the abovenamed Company, duly convened and held at the Registered Office of the Company No. 3 Des Voeux Road West, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, on the 3rd day of August, 1937 the subjoined Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed: --

"That it has been proved to the satis- faction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. W. J. Kwan of No. 60 Bonham Strand West, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, Accoun- tant, be and he is hereby nominated Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up".

NOTICE is hereby given that, at a meeting

of the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd., held at St. George's Building, Victoria, Hong Kong, on 4th August, 1937, a resolution was passed making a Call of 50 cents per share upon all members as shown on the Register of Shareholders on the 4th August, 1937, as holders of shares on which only $1 has been paid.

Such Call shall be payable to the Company's Bankers, the Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, Hong Kong, on or before the 1st September, 1937, in the case of shareholders whose regis- tered address is in the Far East, and. in the case of shareholders having a registered address outside the Far East, on or before the 30th October, 1937.
