Stores Pier (North Point) and Additional Pipe Lines Bill.-The Attorney General addressed the Council and moved the First reading of a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to authorise the construction of a Pier projecting from reclaimed Crown Land at North Point and two new Cross-Harbour Pipe Lines." The Colonial Secretary seconded.

12. Ordinances and Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition) Amendment Bill.- The Attorney General moved the Second reading of a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to amend the Ordinances and Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition) Ordinance, 1936."
