Amendments.

1. Regulation 11 is amended by the insertion of the words "and broadcast receiving licences" immediately after the words "ship station licences" in the first line thereof and by the addition of the following words at the end thereof :-

"Broadcast receiving licences will continue in force for

one year from and including the date of issue”.

2. Form No. 3 in the said Schedule is amended as follows:

(1) by the rescission of the words "THIS LICENCE EXPIRES 31ST DECR." printed in red ink across the face thereof,

(2) by the insertion of the words "This licence will expire on the

day of

19......" im- mediately below the words "Dated this

19......", and

(3) by the substitution of the symbol and figures "$12.00" for the symbol "$......" immediately before the space for the signature of the Postmaster General.

ORDINANCE No. 18 of 1936. (TELECOMMUNICATION).

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30 and 32 of The Telecommunication Ordinance, 1936, and by section 9 of the Interpretation Ordinance, 1911, the Governor in Council makes the following amendments of the Radio- communication Regulations in the Schedule to the said Tele- communication Ordinance, to come into operation on the day on which that Ordinance comes into operation.

Amendments.

(1) Regulation 15 is amended by the insertion of the following item after the item relating to a dealer's licence:— For a limited Receiving and
