ORDINANCE No. 7 of 1936. (QUARANTINE AND PREVENTION OF DISEASE).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordinance, 1936, the Governor in Council hereby declares the Kai Tak Civil Airport on the northern shore of the Harbour situated at Lat. 22° 19′ north and Long. 114° 11′ East to be an "Authorised Aerodrome", on which aircraft may make their first landing on entering the Colony and which they may make their place of departure on leaving the Colony, and also to be a "Sanitary Aerodrome" organised and equipped as provided in paragraphs (i) to (viii) of the definition of "Sanitary Aerodrome" in the said section of the said Ordinance.
