Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 210 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903,-blasting operations in the vicinity south of Wong Ma Kok at Stanley Peninsula, dated 24th July, 1934.
