ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899. (MERCHANT SHIPPING).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 (4) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, the Governor in Council hereby amends regulation 16 in Table V as follows:----

Amendment.

The words "Kaulung (Kowloon) Bay-the area bounded on the south by a line drawn in W.N.W., E.S.E. direction passing through the Channel Rocks." are substituted for the words "Kaulung (Kowloon) Bay-the area bounded on the south by a line drawn in W.S.W., E.N.E. direction passing through the Channel Rocks."

NOTE: The amendment relates to and corrects the description of one of the areas within which bright lights (as defined in regulation 15 of Table V) may be used, in accordance with the rules and conditions in regulation 16, for fishing or attracting fish.
