ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899. (MERCHANT SHIPPING).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 (1) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, the Governor in Council hereby amends Table T in the Schedule to the said Ordinance as follows:-
Amendments.
(1) For the regulation or portion of Table T numbered 1 substitute the following:-

The above licence fees cover one dinghy, carried for ship's use, for each licensed junk. Should more than one dinghy be carried a further fee of $1.50 for each additional dinghy shall be payable.
Fishing and trading boats of any kind the piculage of which is less than 150 and which are not junk's dinghies must be licensed under Table U as class IV vessels.
The fee for a special permit shall be
25 cents.
(2) In regulation 2 of Table T, first paragraph under the heading "Fees for painting numbers on junks and other vessels", delete the sixth, seventh and eighth lines and substitute the following:-
