OTICE is hereby given that THE SIN- CERE COMPANY LIMITED a company incorporated by the Companies' Ordinance of Hongkong and whose registered office is situate at No. 221 Des Voeux Road Central Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong have on the 28th day of February 1910 applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :—
The representation of a Zebra standing on
its hind legs near the edge of a field and having its right fore-leg on a mound at the edge of the field and its left fore-leg bent at the knee and uplifted and the word Zebra
un-
derneath the said representation, the whole enclosed in a fancy oval design. At the sides of the fancy oval design are
the Chinese characters 誡信洋行
(meaning Sing Shun Foreign Firm)
in the name of THE SINCERE COMPANY LI- MITED who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of Razors in Class 12 since the month of June 1908.
A facsimile of the Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hongkong or at the Office of the under- signed.
