OTICE is hereby given that the part- nership heretofore subsisting between HUGH FLETCHER CARMICHAEL and HAROLD LEWTHWAITE FLETCHER, carrying on busi- ness as Consulting Engineers &c. at Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong under the style or firm of CARMICHAEL & CLARKE, has bern dissolved by mutual consent as from the 30th day of April 1910 so far as concerns the said HAROLD LEWTHWAITE FLETCHER who re- tires from the said firm; and that the said business will henceforth be carried on by the said HUGH FLETCHER CARMICHAEL with the present assistance of THOMAS HENRY GORDON BRAYFIELD, who is authorised by the said HUGH FLETCHER CARMICHAEL to sign the name of the firm of CARMICHAEL & CLARKE during the absence from the Colony of the said HUGH PLEICHER CARMICHAEL.
