NOTICES TO MARINERS.
THE Commissioner of Chinese Imperial Maritime Customs at Amoy reports that the S.S. Tjibodas cast off two steam-launches, which she was towing, near Alligator Rock (pro- bably on the 31st March).
These launches are derelict, and are possibly forming a danger to navigation in the Formosa Channel.
