An Ordinance to amend the Order and Clean-
liness Ordinance, 1867.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

No. 791.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint THOMAS HENRY KING to discharge the duties of Superintendent of Imports and Exports under the Raw Opium* Ordinance No. 9 of 1887, the Sugar Convention Ordinance No. 14 of 1904, and the Liquors Ordinance No. 27 of 1909, during the absence on leave of CHARLES WILLiam Mal- beyse Beckwith, Lieutenant, R.N., or until further notice with effect from this date.
