GULF St. VINCENT.

TROUBRIDGE HILL.

MASTERS of Vessels, Pilots, and others are notified that the S.S. Clan Ranald, 2,285 tons, has sunk in about 15 fathoms, approximately one mile off shore, near Troubrdige Hill.

This affects Admiralty Chart 2389a.

KANGAROO ISLAND-BACKSTAIRS PASSAGE.

SUBSIDIARY LIGHT, CAPE WILLOUGHBY.

WITH reference to Notice to Mariners, No. 3 of 1909, dated the 14th ultimo, Masters of Vessels and others are hereby informed that the Red Light mentioned therein is now exhibited from the lower part of the tower, and shows over the Scraper Shoal from about South by West until shut in by the high land of Cape St. Albans, and that the unwatched light at the last-mentioned Cape has been improved and is now plainly visible, showing White from East-South-East around by East to West by South, and Red from West by South until obscured by Cape Willoughby.

This affects Admiralty Charts 2389B, 1014, and 25.
