No Creditor can vote unless he previously proves his debt at least 24 hours before the Meeting.
Forms of proof can be obtained and filled | in at the Official Receiver's Office during
office hours.
At the First General Meeting, the Creditors will be asked to consider whether the debtor shall be adjudged bankrupt.

"That the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Com- pany be wound up voluntarily and that Messrs. Yu Kan Hing, Chiu Yuk Chow and Sam Chak Chiu be and they are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up."
