On the motion of the Attorney General the third reading of the bill was postponed until the next meeting of the Council.

PROMISSORY OATHS AMENDMENT BILL.-The Attorney General moved the Second reading of the Bill intituled An Ordinance to amend the Promissory Oaths Ordinance, 1869.
