This point is
not strictly relevant to the question and is, it seems to me, already made adequately in the answers to 3 and 4.
5. I am pleased to see that you wish to include a question on safety standards. This is something which could prove to be quite a delicate issue in Hong Kong and may well be raised at the press conference. I am sure it is best that we should try to meet all possible criticism earlier rather than later.
