4. Most of the work will be purely consequential, but some points of interest to Ministers may arise; for example on the

provision to extend to Gibraltarians an option for British

citizenship, and on the revision of the Immigration Rules. We shall refer such points to Ministers, and will be keeping Lord Trefgarne informed of progress.
