With reference to Mrs Barnes Jones' summary record of the above meeting I should be grateful if, in paragraph 5, line 6 you would substitute (DS6) for (DS5).

1.

As stated in paragraph 5.6.4 of the MRS report a DS5 Consul would only be needed during peak years if passports were processed in Hong Kong.
